These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of onemoresupply.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

One More Supply Co is operated by Cooper Horwin, a sole proprietorship based in the State of Florida (“One More Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). [Flag for counsel: Florida’s Fictitious Name Act generally requires registering “One More Supply Co” as a fictitious/DBA name with the Florida Division of Corporations before conducting business under it, if not already done.]

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on the Site.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are currently sold at $29.99 USD unless otherwise stated on the Site. Promotional offers, including free shipping, are offered at our discretion and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed through Shopify and our designated payment processor. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, production issues, or pricing errors.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

Our products are custom-manufactured to order through our fulfillment partner, Apliiq. Production and delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Charitable Giving Disclosure

One More Supply Co donates 7% of profits from Site sales to the Clean Air Task Force (CATF), a nonprofit organization. “Profits” means net proceeds after deducting the cost of goods, production, fulfillment, payment processing, and other direct costs of the sale. Donations are calculated and remitted on a monthly basis. This is a voluntary charitable commitment and not a guaranteed minimum donation per unit sold.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs (including the “One More Supply” brand family), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or content without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to copy, scrape, or reproduce our content or designs.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Shopify, Apliiq, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
